New champion select: ((((NOT A RANT)))))

Just something that really bothers me about the new champion selection. LET US SEE THE CHAMPION POOL WHEN IT's NOT OUR TURN. It's the fact they don't let you see your champions until it's your turn and having a kick system if you don't lock in your champion that you have to find in 30 seconds. (Maybe not a viable arguement for it..., but still need to be able to see my champions, I've already panicked on a few occasions where I didn't know what to pick)
