THE ONLY WAY!

hi, i just wanted to say i think the only way for the game to ever be balanced is for rito to sell it to a diff company, or use pbe to actually test stuff instead of testing it on live, i think pbe is actually a myth too e.e, exhibit A: i havent heard anything from riot that sounds like this " X item was too op so we had nerf it before it hit live"
