Would freely swapping ohmwrecker and zz'rot portal make ohmwrecker a more attractive item?

I really like the idea of ohmwrecker disabling turrets for safer dives but it currently has the issue of the passive becoming far less useful as the number of turrets for your team to take decreases. I also like the idea of using zz'rott voidgae to create sidelane pressure.

My idea would be to give ohmwrecker and zz'rot the same stats, pointrunner passive and buildpath with the only difference between the two items being the active. The kicker would be that if you complete either item you are then given the option to freely swap that item for the other as was done in the past with the two hydra options.

It may lead to interesting gameplay where if you have already swapped ohmwrecker for zzrot but you get baron you could once again get ohmwrecker and use it to dive during an inhibitor tower seige. Then after baron wears off back and get zzrot once again. However this enable to hard of a snowball if you allow the item swapping.

I'm curious what other people think of this.

To me, zz'rot is just much more versatile and ultimately can accomplish a similar thing as Ohmwrecker, but in a much safer way.

Ohmwrecker's only use is to facilitate a full-on tower dive. And by the time you're buying the item, it's most likely getting used more for breaking into the base than anything else. However, for this same purpose, zz'rot lets you just take a slower, more methodical, and most importantly safer approach to breaking into the base. As long as that portal is up, you'll either be able to slowly whittle away that tower, or else force the other team to try to engage on you.

But zz'rot is also useful for a lot more things. Want to go for Baron? Have a portal create constant pressure on bot lane to force the other team to decide between having all 5 there for a Baron defense and risk losing that base tower, or else settle with just trying to break up the Baron attempt with 4 while one person defends bot. Other team have a strong push and got one of your inhibs? drop your portal by your nexus to stave off that wave of supers for a while. It'll allow your team to be able to leave the base to go for other objectives while worrying less about that wave crashing onto nexus towers.

Just a quick thought crossing my mind right now, but I wonder if Ohmwrecker would be more viable if it was like... built as anti-siege item, rather than turret-dive-enabler. It could up the tower damage, give it higher attack speed, give it splash damage or the ability to target multiple things... or some combination of those even. It could become in a sense, the anti-zz'rot portal, rather than an alternative.
