My chat wasnt working in the blind pick so i had no clue where to go and who called what. Everyone did nothing so i picked thresh and waited. No one picked another support so i locked in. In game the person raged at me saying i couldnt read because he wanted to sup but the chat never let me see anything or chat. He raged said hes reporting me and went afk. I explained to him i couldnt see the chat or type anything.
HowTragik1 votesI had that same problem in ranked, except I dodged. Would be really awkward for me taking someone's role lol. I submitted a ticket about that and riot said it happens only on the players connection.

shark music1 votesi also have no chat outside of the game. the store has been weird lately too. something has gone wonky with the whole launcher thing, it seems like.
40yards1 votesI have faced the same problem also but now fixed it by changing the DNS server address of my connection. You guys can try using Google's DNS if you would like to have chat service in the client.
