Why did you nerf Yasuo midgame?

I know that mentioning Yasuo will get me downvoted to oblivion, but I really want to know. I want to hear a Red explain why their ¨early game" nerf to Yasuo scales up into midgame so Yasuo loses 75-150 damage on his combo. Thatś just ridiculous! Yasuo does use his E as a damage tool, despite what the oh-so-knowledgeable gameplay boards think. With this ridiculous nerf, Yasuo can't: Last hit CS Fight mages early (at all) Fight any ranged Champion Play around other champions (instead of Eing a really low health enemy and moving on, he has to take time to EQ or E-AA)

The details of the nerf are: Yasuoś E (Sweeping Blade) From: 70/90/110/130/150 (+60%AP) To: 60/70/80/90/100 (+20% BONUS AD) Please note that the increased 25%-50% damage from subsequent uses result in a net loss of: 150(1.5)=225 100(1.5)=150 225-150=75 Damage lost, disregarding the scaling. The scaling would require Yasuo to have 300 Bonus AD to make up for the lost damage. This amount would require building almost all AD items (Death's Dance, IE, Hydra, BT):

item 3046 item 3031 item 3072 item 3812 item 3139 NO AD - REQ 75 AD 75 AD 75 AD 65 AD This gives Yasuo one item slot for boots. The total Bonus AD (disregarding runes) is 290. Yasuo must build pure essentials and AD with no tank item to return E damage to normal.

Yasuoś Lategame power will be relatively unchanged, but this nerf will prevent him from getting to lategame - his midgame and early game will be completely destroyed. Please, Riot, I want to hear a Red explain how this is an "early game" nerf.

EDIT: You're all, in my considered opinion, babies. You really should be ashamed of yourselves. You're so immature and childish that you can even offer a SINGLE rational argument with coherent English. I don't care about the downvotes; at least I know that I have a normally balanced emotional profile and healthy relationships with those around me. I hate to think how bad your lives must be to be "adults" and yet be so childish. You may have spammed your rage and felt good, but the sheer immaturity of this community is so disgusting that I think I came out on top. Congratulations on getting your target nerfed; I'm sure it'll help you cope with your awful lives. Don't worry - if you have a problem you can babble incoherent screams at it until it goes away! Go back under the bridge where trolls like you belong.

Oh no, an AD champion that actually has to build AD instead of tanky/bruisery, and actually has a weak point in their play other than "being bad". It's like he has this weird counter-play or something.

use your auto attacks like he was deigned to do.

Also Yasuo is the easiest champion in the game to last hit with. You're doing something very, very wrong if you're unable to because of a small nerf to his E early game.

You don't have mana. If for some bizarre reason you can't auto attack to last hit like 99% of champions, you have any of your abilities to fix your mistake AT NO COST.

Um, the E nerf doesn't change much on Yasuo, he's still annoying to deal with and pretty powerful

When 175 melee range, a costsless Q & a Windwall just to cs isn't enough.

And this is Meddler's statement about the Yasuo's E nerf:

We think Yasuo's too strong and want to hit his early power more than his late, hence a shift of E damage from base to ratio. E's also a spell with really high utility, so can afford to lose some power while still being highly relevant and satisfying. Finally, we'd also like to make Q max a little more attractive, comparatively, as a build (better counterplay against lane opponents, so want a bit more trade off if he's maxing E).

For a dash to have such a high dashing utility, there was no reason for it to even being a "damage tool" together in the first place. Be glad that they did not touch anything regarding nerfing his Q or crits.
