ADC's VS. Non-Ranged AA based champions

AutoAttack champions who aren't ranged are in a really REALLY bad state right now. Most of the time, they have to be bruiser/tanky to get into the teamfight and start hammering people. But in the meta that we're in right now, that is literally impossible unless your team is way ahead of the enemy. Like, Nocturne? Passive and W passive are meant for AA's. Since nocturne is generally an assassin (ik people can build him bruiser but still) the ONLY way he could easily get in close enough to someone is with his ult.

The problem is, unless they're alone, which probably won't happen if the enemy knows there's a nocturne who can ult you, they'll just destroy you with CC/ADC with support shields and heals. Another person is Master Yi. Now, given, Yi can shred anyone he gets his hands on if he's fed, but Yi has to powerfarm for a majority of the game to not be a sack of worthless potatoes. And, again, in the meta that we're in, power farming and not ganking lanes that much in the jungle is not something you can easily come back from.

And when they actually get a hold of someone in a teamfight via CC or dashes, the person they are attacking generally will have one or two people shielding and healing them for half their health instantly, locking you down, then destroying you.

TL:DR Melee auto attack champions right now are not in a good place

But then again, melee aa champions have gapclosers yi has alpha strike to dodge CC and get to target aatrox has dark flight for a knockup to get in more aas tryndamere has spinning slash to get to target nocturne is an assassin - he is supposed to target isolated enemies in the early game like any other assassin he falls off late game which is expected
