Taric's W Passive Doesn't Grant Assists?
Just wondering if this is intentional or a bug, because it is really frustrating ;-;

As a Taric main, this has never bothered me. If I want to grab an assist badly enough, I'll honestly just W whomever's going to be eating the opponent. By the time I'm at a point in the game in which I'm trying to W people to grab assists (if not just to aid them/use them to stun), my CDR and Mana Regen is high enough that being in need of another W shortly after isn't a problem either.

Where it grants bonus armor?
The passive no, you have to have recently activated it to shield them during their kill, then you get the assist.
