In the PBE notes it says:
"R reworked as a utility focused spell -> 0 cooldown and gives quinn crazy out of combat speed to quickly move around the map, not used for assassination anymore"
Does this mean that she will no longer get the Attack Speed buff and in combat buff when switching to Valor? And with no cooldown, I'm assuming the rain of arrows will also be removed.
This is gonna kill her Top Lane game.

She is becoming a mid laner.
She's going to push lanes with Q and then roam with R just in time to come back before the mid laner can get back to her tower.
