Would it be possible to create two seperate patch?

I have been playing legue as my main game for 3 years and i have always wondered something: "Why does a champion have to be nerf for the entire community because when they only impact high elo players?" I came with the idea to create 2 different patch where one only impact diamond player or above in ranked. I've seen multiple problem created in soloqueue due to change that was made for lcs. For exemple: first tower blood was introduced to stop the boring lane rotation in the lcs to trade the bot tower for the top tower. In solo queue the meta changed to the classic 4 man bot into tower and drag we all know off. exemple 2: Champions like shen were good in the lcs and got nerf for all the players due to the competitive scene. This happened to many champion but in my case,i used to love when shen was as good as other champion. Why would i pick shen over nautilus or any other champion at the moment? I have far more to say but i wanted to make this post short and sweet. Feedback would be awsome and him interested everyone opinion. PS: If your a jarvan main and like helping, i would appreciate if you told my mistake i made while writing this post. -Have a nice day

so the players who climbed up to diamond suddenly have to play a different game?

If anything, the only thing that would make sense is that LCS is played on a different patch. even challenger players in soloQ still play different than LCS.

Few reasons.

First is a minor one. They want the pros to play the same game as us. People might see something neat in LCS and want to try it (like Trundle/Poppy support when they popped up in pro play).

The second one is MAJOR. The pros already have to "relearn" the game. If this was done, they would have to relearn some patches TWICE. One for pro play, and one for playing off-stage. It would be very difficult to practice and remember pro-patch and scrub-patch seperately. While practiving at home/gaming house, you don't have access to the Pro-patch while queuing up. They could play on Tournament Realm sometimes, but not nearly enough to actually get a reasonably solid amount of practice against varied opponents.
