Make non level 30 players only play with and against at most gold maybe low plat players as well.

Either my normals mmr is beyond awkward or it is allowed for pre level 30 accounts to play against high diamond players. Every normal game I play there is almost always 1 or 2 diamond players in the game (be it season 5 diamond or current) and the diamond's opposing team always gets the pre level 30 player making it almost a 4v5 unless pre level 30 player is a smurf and knows what he's doing. With the exp required to get to 30 halved it's even worse for new players to experience a match like this.

Normals matchmaking needs a slight fix. Reason I said at most gold is, most of the average player base is in gold or below, maybe low plat too. So making new players go against them (the average player base) will allow them to get used to whatever new champion they play with an actual chance to win. This shouldn't increase the queue times too much since the number of high plat+ elo players are way lower than plat- players.
