[Gameplay] Sion's Q doesn't knock up enemies that are at his sides and very close to him anymore

This used to be a thing since his release and I doubt riot removed it intentionally. It screwed up a lot of matchups like jax, jayce, yasuo, renekton and more.

His E also has been a bit bugged for a while where sometimes if you E a minion they move sideways a bit and then get pushed which makes it miss of course.
