Ideas to rework Garen to fit into a high mobility meta!

So I know that Garen suffers as one of the most kite-able champions in LoL and I was trying to brainstorm ways to fix this problem and the only thing I could think of that wouldn't change his identity too much, (in fact probably reinforce it) without being overloaded (Yasuo...) is to augment his Q.

His Q would still give movement speed and it would still end with a giant leap strike thing but it can now be reactivated to turn the charge into a shoulder bash skill shot that stuns the first target hit (can't pass through walls) in the direction he was moving when activated. I feel like this would also justify removing the silence on his Q which could allow for more power somewhere else if the Q thing isn't busted. What do you guys think?

as a champion in general, garen is pretty slow.

compared to other juggernauts, he might actually be the fastest.

what he needs imo isnt more mobility, but in combat sustain that every single other juggernaut has. when he gets in range of an opponent, he simply needs a way to heal through the pain like darius, illaoi, trundle etc. do. (not quite as strong, since hes generally decently tanky, but still more than absolutely nothing).

he needs to be able to push on and stay in the fight instead of being forced to disengage to regain health. something that barely ever really works.

especially since fights and skirmishes are already decided by the time his passive gets off cooldown and regenerates enogh for him to rejoin, even in the unlikely case that he manages to disengage.
