Make is so you can't get your secondary 5 times in a row?

I like supporting but sometimes I would like to actually get my primary role that I love doing even more. I know that if I pair jungle with something like mid or top I have a better chance at getting it but I do not like those other roles and perform sub par at them so I would rather not hurt my team with playing a position I am generally poor at. I mean maybe it's just me but this new team choosing stuff means I am now just a support main and I would much rather be a jungle main... I don't mind waiting 2-3 minutes to get jungle. Just make it so that I can get my primary like 20% of the time? I would prefer 75% but I know that is asking a lot of riot. Either that or can we go back to old draft? In my opinion it was much better
