Since mages aren't gonna be building 
as often and it won't be as powerful on the cancer mages that still do, is there gonna be a surge of AP assassins like 
building it? Just a sudden, nagging thought I got in my head.
Assassins want to be able to kill someone and get out, i think champions who are bruiser AP and could use the extra utility like 
its not going to be as effective on assassins, they wanna get items and get online as soon as possible but they also want the most gold value theres no reason for an ap assassin to get rylais when they could just get closer to abysal or something like gunblade
