Why do you take lp when someone disconnects at lvl 1? then my teamate rq's? still lose lp.

So, I have had a very up and down day playing league today. 2/2 on the day as ADC but last game my supp dc'd and jg rq's after one death. So, my question is can you make a system where I don't lose lp for something i can't control, like I've been playing pretty great today, every game. but now im exactly where i started earlier today. Just take extra lp from the leavers and don't take mine. Why is that not a thing?

p.s. if ur gonna lolking me or something, look at the ekko i had on my team in my first loss with lucian. His tilt is so real.
