When you have a low health target within your scent range you can activate your scent and you're reduced to like 400 vision except for low targets you can smell, loses unit collision during the blind but no other move speed augments other than the passive, since he can still ult if he likes.

My favorite and least broken idea would be to create a window of power besides his ultimate and reduce hunters call duration by like 2 seconds so its 4 seconds but autos while "Blinded by Blood" would allow up to a double duration by giving one extra second only per auto. Nothing changes with his passive or anthing.

Finally, he could gain stacks on kills and assist while blinded, (with a item 3070 type passive, since hes full of blood, so like only 2 stacks per 2 min or something maximum, so like 2 good fights don't send him over the edge, since his ultimate still has a lot of power in it) that increase his passive by 1 damage and 1 heal, its small so it should mostly satisfy players while not making late ww into some crazy late monster of course cut his passive by like 0/-4/-8/-12 or something less severe, since only kills while blinded add to your passive and such. OH, you can't use the passive while the active is on cooldown. (Windows!) Let me know what you guys think,

I would probably put the duration of the blind as the same for hunters call and the blind will extend for as long as your hunters call is extended (minimum 4 sec duration if you use blind super late)
