Why do so many people want a singed rework

Honestly, I don't get. I think he's one of riot's best designed and most unique champions. Not just in league but mobas in general.

People usually propose that his w and ult are scrapped because they're boring, but they synergize perfectly with his kit. The only part of his kit that needs some sort of rework is his passive, because it's complete ass. Singed doesn't have huge mana problems, so there's no real reason to get it on him, especially considering that a rylai's rush has been optimal for the last 3 seasons. Even when you do get a ton of mana, it doesn't really give much hp in the first place.

I feel like he's in a pretty good place currently regardless. He has a much higher skill cap than people give him credit for, and It's very easy to tell a good singed from a bad one. He even has a few cool trick that require some mechanics (aaing during fling, flinging over walls). Sure he doesn't have the highest play or win rate, but he is weird as fuck compared to everyone else. Maybe I'm just defensive because he's always been my main. What do you guys think?

i think the only thing singed could use is a way to make his stun more consistent to land.

I haven't seen anyone asking for a rework. His ult could be more interesting IMHO, it's just stat buffs. I think he needs a VU and either a new passive or new ult but not necesarilly both.
