Custom Games should have the option to turn off Spectator Delay

Hello i'm in a community that is set on higher ranking players to help and coach lower ranking players so besides making it easier to share games between players to spectate from match history we have been running into the problem alot of us not being able to give tips and hints on playstyle in real time whilst also being in the game wich then in turn might compromise our own gameplay therefore it would be much appreciated if riot could add an option in custom games to turn off spectator delay if they so choose (maybe even put a lock on what those spectators would be able to see)
