First off, when trying to enter a bug or enhancement request, your form screws up. As a user that has spent a lot of money in your store, I am insulted that I would be sent to a forum instead of being granted direct communication. Further, these boards are the black hole for enhancements and it is poor leadership and management to ignore the proper way to process trouble/enhancements instead of the lazy I don't want to deal with it way we see here. Your client crashes all the time and some of the gameplay and champion select logic is faulty. For example, in the champion select users can pick who they want before they select the champ, yet their own team mate can still ban the character they chose. That is just lazy coding.

Yep Rito support is pretty bad. They barely read most messages and just send in automated responses.
