@riot meddler about nasus E

can you make nasus E from 15/20/25/30/35% armor pen to 35% armor pen at all ranks?

Because i cant understand why does a skill that does so little damage,doesn't wave clear at all compared to tiamat,doesn't have CC and 15% armor pen for what? i cant Q the enemy at the start because i need to Q farm and after i Q farm lets say i get 150 stacks at 10 minutes i get into a fight and my Q is rank 4 but my E is only rank 1, lets say my Q does 300 damage and has a low cooldown around 2 seconds if R is used tell me why i should i spend 70 of my mana for a pointless E that drains 70 mana doing 50 damage and stop my walking animation when i can just Q for 20 mana doing around 200 damage and do it again and again making my E a practical joke 15% armor reduction is really a joke

at level 7 a tryndamere has 48 armor by using E i will only reduce 7 armor instead of 20 compared to the old E that gives flat pen
