so srsly right now barter blow the 7% armor pen is the only armor pen apprently you need no matter what amount of armor i was rammus vs a graves wich is annoying sure but wtf?!?! how can this no armor pen runes or item just that masteri alone just tear through me even when i used my W that gavae me 300 fucking armor and still this bastard child melted through me
Kaleidos2 votesResistances cease to be efficient after 200 or so, after that it's better to stack health. But regardless, Graves hits likes a demon, and no real amount of armor will ensure he doesn't shred through you due to him being able to stack his on-hit effects 1-8 times on you per attack. Graves falls short in a lot of ways, but wrecking tanks and bursting your soul out of existence aren't things he's lacking in.

he doesn't apply on hits per each bullet, he will only apply it once per attack animation to the first target hit.
Spisepinden1 votesI'll say this, though: Graves does wreck tanks even when they stack armor and HP. 300+ armor 6 items nautilus will still lose big chunks of HP to Graves's auto attacks at close range. While yes, Graves's limited range is a vulnerability, his dueling vs. juggernauts and tanks, especially later in the game, is really, really strong, even vs. Thornmail and Randuin's.
