Tips on fighting Leblanc
Just need some tips on how to be successful in lane against Leblanc, in my opinion she is one of the most annoying champs to lane against.

Depends on who you play? The general answer is: Outrange her, or outtrade her. But you gotta specify what the conditions are. I can't tell you to "outrange her", when you only play Katarina or Akali.
Don't duel her or fight her during laning. Just farm, don't stay in lane low, don't ask for ganks and go with Mr early.
LB wants to snowball early; deny her that and your chances of winning the game go up immensely. Think of it as reverse nasus.
Play tanki champ ,like diana.buy early negatron.Watch her cry in the corner.
Had a lot of success playing Heimer against her :)

I've had a ton of success playing 
maxing E and W and not getting a point in Q until I have to (lvl 13?).
Hasn't done me wrong yet *fingers crossed
A little Magic Resist and HP goes a looooooooong way.
Lux is a good match up into lb. You want to keep that snare for when she tries to move in.
Rush Hexdrinker if you're gonna be playing an ad mid
She can be annoying if you let her. I played her 2 times last night and mid went afk. But playing against her is understanding how she works as well as lane placement. If you try to lane bully her She will win.
