Passive Pings Plz

So Swain just got the ability to ping the cooldown on his passive...

CAN we carry this over to other champs!?

Annie stun stacks, malz shield, yasuo shield, blitz shield.... the list goes on.

I'm sure a lot of champs could benefit from this. The number of times I've wanted to ping my jungled to wait 10 secs because I'm sitting on 0 pyromania stacks.

So yeah, easy quality of life champ passive uptade Rito? Sounds alright?

I wish you could ping buffs on you & enemies as well...
