League's ranked system is a joke

Season 6 is the first season I've started seriously playing ranked. I did get silver 4 in a previous season, but only played maybe 10 games after placements.

This season I seem to be stuck in bronze 3. I know that eventually I'll reach silver again, but it seems like I'll have to play two hundred games just to get there. Considering I do have a life outside of league, that just seems like really bad design.

Ingame performance should at least have some impact on LP gain/loss. It seems kind of silly that getting afk's and feeders counts against you as hard as it does. And thank god I'm maining adc; I feel sorry for all the supports and top laners out there

I've been a support main for the last couple seasons, and while I don't play ranked consistently, I feel like it's not as bad as some people seem to think it is. I did just fine last season. It's intended to be a slow grind, you're supposed to need more than a couple of games to go up or down a tier.

The majority SHOULD be in bronze, and each division up should have drastically lower populations. That's how every other competitive game works.

Silver should not have the highest population, and Riot fixed that. Sorry if that rains on your parade.

Now you need to work to get there and any higher. However, that's not too much of an issue. I went from silver 5 to gold in 60 games some seasons. Just gotta do what you do well that the meta somewhat accommodates. Don't worry about losing promotion series. If you're winning 55%+, you'll still be gaining MMR, which means you'll skip a tier at some point.

Well, I can say, with my FIrst play of MasterYi I went 0-0-15.

MY TDM team didn't seem to think the towers were important....SO, I cleaned out the top lane/ Opened up the GATES/ and led my team to victory.

Should the 10-3-5 player on my team get more LP than my 0-0-15 YI? with 5 tower kills?

It takes a team to win...even if someone is feeding/ he's occupying someone's time...TIME that you NEED To take to win the game.
