Why cant we trade with people in urf?

because rito doesnt want players to have fun , and also there is no que dodging penalty (probably a bug) which is why people are not afraid to que dodge .

Yes. These are bugs because of the quick-launch of ARURF as a reaction to the failed Clash-weekend. The bugs are not that heavy and riot hadn't got the time to fix it so they will be active for the whole weekend, they are thinking. WhisperedFire

I've just stopped playing since Riot hates their fanbase.
