LP Restoration

I think it would be awesome if we could get some type of LP restored when people are reported for intentional feeding, AFK, or Assisting the enemy team {and their end game score reflects a necessary report, i.e 1/14/2 or 3/19/1}. Some of us play your game an awful lot and are stuck, unable to progress, because of sheer bad luck and have game after game of that one guy that is just "too heavy" to carry. Every now and then I legit lose a game because the lane I'm against is just better then me, and I can accept that; but when I can't get out of silver because I have some apparently serious bad luck, that just makes me want to quit playing ranked. Any consideration would be appreciated! Thanks.
