Tools for trolls in Champ select

Good Morning!

I've been playing League since Season 2 off and on, and one thing that keeps pushing me away is the community. Normally it can be dealt with, but I feel that you all don't give us the tools to do so when it gets bad. I think the biggest problem is how dodging in champ select is so penalizing. If I am in a ranked que and I see someone go "MID OR FEED" then they proceed to lock in a mid laner after someone first picks mid, takes Revive and Heal, I feel I should be able to dodge so I don't have to spend a minimum of 20 minutes in misery as that player ruins my game and causes me to lose LP regardless. We need the tools to be able to deal with the "trolls" so we continue to enjoy this amazing game.

you do know that we were able to dodge without any penalty in S3 right? and that games could take forever to start because of it? why the hell you want that back?

oh, if you're not a pro, maybe you shouldn't judge an off-meta pick like duo mid.

This has been asked three years ago riot is obviously not going to look at the situation. If somebody calls mid or feed give him what he wants because he probably means business. That is because nobody has time to learn all five rolls therefore you give him what he wants or you can dodge and move on.
