Currently Kai'sa is number one in both winrate and banrate, and 4th in pick rate. It pretty obvious she's OP, but the question stands, how to nerf her? Kai'sa has no cc, she's pure damage. But if you nerf her damage she might become useless. Personally I would nerf her poke and her ulti shield and maybe her Hp growth. But what would you do? Please keep this conversation civil.

Reaper55992 votesI feel like her mid to late is fine, but her early just seems way too oppressive, maybe they could lower the damage on her spells early and causes them to scale up to about where they are now, Maybe they could also up the amount of raw stats needed to evolve her spells.
However I don't play adc for that matter so I don't know whats best, thats just my two cents.
