First time beginners

Whenever I play intimidate co-op vs AI, I try to play a new character. But there is always that first time person that always go to the lane I want to solo (I played Zed and there was one Lulu and a Garen who quit top so he came mid) I tried to go top but I got absolutely demolished. I want to do a petition to rito to put a level lock on higher games sort of like how it takes like level 5 to get in PVP.
