Returning to League of Legends after nearly 2 years and i'm having a rough time trying to lane now.

Before anyone asks, this is Normals. I decided to pick up League of Legends after nearly 20 months, the last time I played properly was after pre-season 6, and I'm finding it hard to get back into the swing of things. Nearly every game I lose lane and then their fed lane goes on to carry the game and unless my teams are more fed we lose, in lane, I drop 1 kill then that kill snowballs into more kills and whenever I get a kill I have trouble snowballing my kill into more kills or their jungler ganks and then the enemy gets the upper hand or kills me entirely and then I'm stuck in a losing lane feeling useless for the next 30 minutes unless I play a hypercarry like Yasuo or an ADC, even after a week/2 weeks I'm feeling rusty as all hell, is this normal? What is the meta like and what can I do when I get killed in lane? Can I get my (normals) MMR reset? Because theres no way the people I'm playing with and against are of equal skill.

If anyone can link me a few helpful videos I'd appreciate it.

It depends really on what you like to play... If your just asking for help in general it's a bit harder to do than if you have a specific thing you're struggling with, or a champion you need advice on As far as Yas goes, he still only needs two Crit items, move around a lot to avoid skillshots and to build flow, destroy squishy targets and avoid people like veigar, lux, ... Ryze for sure, cuz if ur windwall is down he'll root you with his point and click root and flux q you and if he had full cdr he'll just flux root you if you're not already dead.... As for adcs it varies because by now I've seen Morde adc... Yi, and other melee champs going bot... Plus midlaners as supports...
