Buying Vlad vs Zac

i'm thinking about buying a Hp stacking champion, and vlad and zac go on sale this july. i only want one of them, and i'm interested in learning about their playstyles, and their respective pros and cons.
other champs that benefit from stacking hp are welcome too. (i find that i enjoy using a powered up zz'rot)
