Thought on the Game as of Now.

So I've been playing a lot of league lately, particularily a lot of

. Love or hate em it's really fun to blow people up :3.
So the few main problems I have are

ADC's being too tanky

Feeling like I have to play a tank to be meaningful

Farming as a jungler not being very important
-
Too much of a team's value is placed in botlane
-
Stopwatch
storytime We're in the lategame (30 minutes ish) I'm shadow assassin Kayn, Xayah has no ult or flash, I full combo her ( Q, Duskblade auto, W, R) and she takes absolutely NO damage. Do mind you, I had 12 kills and was doing quite well, so for her to even survive that led alone take no damage seems unreasonable.
There needs to be a viable option for something to do in the lategame as an assassin versus ad's so you can actually do your job.
Reduce tank base damage so that you can actually compete with them as a fighter/assassin. ESPECIALLY early game fighters should win because they ACTUALLY build damage, only later in the game is it reasonable for a fighter/assassin not to be able to kill a tank, but never (unless super behind) should they get solo'd by them
storytime Playing Kayn again , farming very hard early. Our both midlaners roam top and I see a massive wave in mid, about 5-6 minutes in. I get two waves including cannon wave and a clear and a half on my jungle before backing for the first time. Pretty soon after, I had 120 (primarily jungle) cs. Their jungler, who I forget what champion, was sitting at about 60. At this time they had about 2 more takedowns than myself but we were the same level.
Make jungle xp more significant during the midgame as apposed to kills.
I feel as a jungler, I always have to camp botlane because if I don't then we get squashed by them early-midgame. Solo laners should have just the same ability to carry with similar forgiving buildpaths.
Make adc's killable and make solo laners more relevant.
Giving everyone a get out of jail free card is ridiculous. Stopwatches only make towers worse than they were because you can pull off dumb dives and just switch tower aggro. Nerfing the gold they account for and sell for isn't the point, the item itself is too safe and either the duration needs to be changed to ~1.5 seconds or it neds to be replaced entirely.
