Are Caitlyn & MF in a good state right now?

I'm on an ADC rolling streak and trying out some underused ADCs so far like Cait MF Vayne Jinx, etc. The other ones I feel like although they're underused but they're not helpless; they can put up a fight with good farming mode or they got gears to potentially make plays and do good output damage.

MF & Cait are my two favorite ADC lady candidates that I feel so dang helpless. I've tried playing both on different tactics: defensive, aggressive, synergizing with supports. But always the question goes back to "why pick them instead of ____." They have their strengths and weaknesses but weaknesses are more punished than strengths rewarded.

I play MF because she's my favorite. You can play the game with FOTM champs, or you can simply play what you enjoy and gain tons of experience with an adc that you can work around their handicaps more. Sometimes you'll simply be outmatched. Happens.

I choose my fun and enjoyment over what's popular. Occasionally the two meet.

I have the exact same mentality =]] I like swapping things around to find things fresh and it feels good. Just that the higher my win rate goes up, the less chance I get to have fun with trying out champs I dont really use. Like people would be waiting to catch the opportunity of the inexperience or mistakes from somebody O_O.

But yeah I'll still keep playing MF & Cait. My two top favorite ADCS =]

I'd say they're in a pretty decent spot right now, although definitely outclassed by a lot of other ADCs. They're both amazing in lane as they're such bullies, but they lack mobility and are prone to being camped and easily focused. If you want to play them then go ahead, both are viable, just expect to have a bit of a struggle against the meta ADCs like Lucian, Ezreal, Jhin and Sivir.
