Im a kaida main and i win lane most of the time. however, my team doesnt group or splitpush or push in general. the games get long and death timers are long to the point that 1 teamfight decides the game. i cant push on m own cuz im so swuishy. how can i solo carry and bring my lead over to other teammates??

Ward up the side of the jungle you're in. If you're strong and feel you're able to distract people without dying, you can hang out in a side lane and push waves to force someone to respond to you. Maybe even two if you're strong enough. This leaves your team to be able to fight a 4v4 or 4v3. You just have to know when to back off and how to watch the mini map.
