Can we please make Karthus' ult global please?
As in making the enemy champions hear his quotes if the ult will kill them. I know his ult is already global.

i mean theres a fucking 100 meter line on you so you will know you will die.
That doesn't mean you will die from it. Just that you know it's gonna hit you. I want enemies to actually hear him IF the spell is going to kill them. It makes sense thematically and it's epic at the same time.
I think that, while that does sound legitimately epic, it could get in people's heads a bit too much. They could panic press Zhonya's and die for it or they could know that hey, this thing is gonna kill them so they HAVE to get it right. Really, it could be cause a lot of mistakes or a lot of times where people thought they would survive it, but then they realize after that no, they didn't.
I personally think that Karthus needs some kind of real buff, for example, making the E not cost 78 mana per second at max rank. He's not in the best spot right now and he is getting a new skin, so giving him a little buff could make the Deathsinger a bit more popular and increase sales on that glorious skin.
