Why is nobody questioning the lack of skins on the PBE?
I know we're getting Chromas and a release skin for Kayn sure but is that it? I can't think of a patch where there wasn't any new skins at all. Is this normal or am I just crazy?

Before this patch, it's been nothing but skins for the past month or two. We had Pulsefire Caitlyn, Chemtech Tryndamere, Dawnbringer Riven and Nightbringer Yasuo, and now the SKT skins.
I think they've done so many skins in that span of time, they've just decided to hold them off for a bit until 7.15 (which might have new Pool Party skins and Urgot's rework).
First - the getting a new champion and this is incredible distracting. Even w/o any skins the new patch won't feel empty. Second - it's not the first time we have no new skin in a PBE cycle. It sometimes happen. Rarely, but happen. Third - it could be we still get skin, but they didn't hit the PBE yet. I remember the one time, we first got the Spirit Nami Splashart on the PBE (I remember how disappointed I was) and next day the skin hit the PBE... It was love on the first sight. Fourth - we got so many legendaries skin in the last 3 months, the people won't mind one patch without any.
Kayn has 6 skins m8. Thats a lot of time and team development invested. His normal skin, demon skin, shadow, release normal skin, release demon skin, and release shadow skin. They probably put in a lot of the team on him to finalize it.
i think they will rest in this patch. considering they ship alot of skins in the past patches
I mean they are releasing 6 skins and a ward this patch, we can take a patch off.
Because we just had 2 Legendary skins and we are not a bunch of spoiled kids.
