Nerf Tank Ekko

When are you guys actually going to nerf tank ekko.

Easy way to make tank ekko the only way for people to play ekko since they only play him like that ? nerf his ap ratios, nerf his passive, nerf the %health on his w damage, then it would actually be balanced since he has cc, passive slow q slow w slow and stun, he would then be considered "balanced" if everyone is going to play him like this might as well make it the only way to play him since tank ekko is busted and broke beyond belief
