fix the game times for draft aka new champ selct

A while back I got a Sejuani as support who spent the first five minutes spewing hateful excuses to support her decision to then go off jungling.

Um, anyways. Riot loves dynamic queue like their baby so they're trying to work (rather slowly) on optimization. I've just been playing fill all the time. Eventually someone else is bound to get support instead of me :P
