Ping your MS?!?!?

so just got out of the worst game ever with 800 -1000 ms and teammates kept crying "ping your ms " HOW? they said Alt+ click like ALT+click forever till I'm in the middle of the jungle. both clicks did nothing. I tried both left and right clicking on my Ping/ms. so I read its CTRL + click STILL NOTHING! I cry and die a bit inside cause I'm the support that cant even line up half of my Q's shield my carry without flying into the middle of the minion wave when he's already back under the tower. And cause the team couldn't see any proof of my MS being 800-1000 most of them pretty much complain saying " you're just a bad player "[sg-janna]

so start privet game look through keybind options everything I could think of to find this damn ms ping thing, And I come up empty-handed [zombie-brand-mindblown]

soI am left feeling [sg-lux-2] and still not able to figure this out WHY CANT ROIT MAKE THINGS SIMPLE! [sg-shisa]

is it so hard to put a little Button next to your Ms you can click on or put in a config into the GUI in the settings menu? i feel like the time they fixed but then took away her boots [cass-cry]

so can anyone tell me how this thing is " supposed " to work, In a detailed way that doesn't sound like something along the lines of "just hold alt/ctrl+leftclick/rightclick " [slayer-jinx-unamused]
