In all seriousness though, i've had some great adcs that compliment and thank me for the help. It's a case by case basis really.

Yeah, it's definitely case by case. But the main thing I wanted to point out here is that the boards call the ADCs OP without giving a thought to who brought the ADCs there.

We peel for the ADC

We set up plays for the ADC

We engage/disengage for the ADC

We are the reason they kill so effectively, and we hardly ever get any credit for our hard work.

But it's a mama bird's job I guess. ^^

Nah I was 1v1'd by a Jhin today as Renekton with 2500ish hp and 200ish armour and I was able to get my full combo off + a few autos...feelz bad when I can't even kill the dude when I get onto him after only taking his first auto

while his Leona definitely helped him out early game, this was late game where we both had 5-6 items.

I do agree with your post's main intention though, supports are incredibly underappreciated. I just also think there are a few choice busted adcs atm as well

(looking at you Vayne Jhin and maybe Twitch )

support mains need to stop jerking themselves off so much

i take issue that ADCs have comparable base stats early game to melee bruisers and a few tanks. early game is not weak enough for how good they are later on
