Teamwork in Bronze -- An Impossible Scenario, or at Least Most Unlikely
I'm frustrated today after losing 5 or 6 games due to terrible teamwork at the end. How can I get randoms to not wander suicide themselves at the point of the game where that is going to cost you a chance to win. In the games mentioned, my team was winning the entire game until people started wandering and getting picked off, thus allowing the other team to charge objectives and take the advantage.
I could understand if we lost the team fight, but we aren't even getting to that point. There is always one, often two players, who repeatedly think its a good idea to farm the enemy jungle at 45 minutes in the game. Of course they get picked off. Then the team refuses to wait for respawn and sacrifice an objective or two and try to 4v5 without the usual culprit, adc or tank.
Politely asking people doesn't work, they ignore it. Pinging people doesn't work, they tell you to 'stfu'. Assertively imploring people not to do it, doesn't work. Being a d*ck about it doesn't work. Even when people say they agree, they chase or do something stupid anyway.
I enjoy playing support role the most, and I can't (help) carry games without a cooperative team. It is so annoying for everyone to play their lane so well that we get a huge lead and then just blow it out of sheer ignorance of what to do at the end.
ELO hell is real, fear the devils...
Seriously though, any advice that doesn't involve change role and steam roll?
