The new item set creator/editor "lacking functionality"?

I feel the new item set creator/editor lacks the option to see what an item build into when you click it in your item set blocks. At least it should show its build path in the bottom left UI part AND show what it build into.

I know you can just search the item but thats just kinda wasted key clicks right?
