QoL change on Thresh's AA after casting Death Sentence

I wasn't sure if I should have report this as a bug or not, but currently, Thresh's auto-attack is not coming out as quick at it should be after pulling yourself into the enemy champion. I'm not a Thresh player, but I was just messing around with him on PBE and even after building AS items on him, his AA would not come out after pulling myself in. It seems that Death Sentence is set to work that Thresh is unable to AA during the entire time that the hook usually lasts if you had NOT pulled yourself in. It makes sense that you can't attack because your weapon is lodged in the target, but after pulling yourself in and freeing your weapon, I feel like it would make sense to be able to AA immediately after the travel animation.

It's probaly an unintented effect from the animation but for the clarity they just should mention it as a delay. I don't think it's a good idea to remove it. This will just give Thresh a unneeded buff that will bring nothing to his support role kit.

This was explained before.

He has a very odd mechanic for himself, he has a windup time for every AA.

So even though you can have a lot of AS, he still has a slow start for his AA.
