We've waited long enough Riot, time to buff Fizz

When was the last time Fizz was viable? How many days, months, years has it been since Fizz gave a somewhat decent reward for the ridiculous amount of skill it takes to play him?

He's always been mediocre at best but now he's just a joke. Riot you must have realized that something's wrong if the players start building an AP Assassin as an AD Bruiser.

And dont tell me that AD Fizz is OP, that 46% winrate means that you need to stop picking adc in the top lane if you consider him too strong right now. The only way to make him viable again is to revert the Q and W changes and lower his E cooldown to 14/12/10/8/6 seconds.

Riot really needs to start doing something about these high skill low reward champs

Ok, I have no idea what's with the win rate in GM, but then again, GM and M were always "weird places", I remember seeing a Shaco at 100% wr in M with huge play rate, those two were always weird ranks shrug

So, Fizz's lowest winrate is 52.21%, highest is 62.5%, and you want him buffed because he's weak and hard to play?

Gee, if I can have 53% wr on avg when hard to play, imagine what he'd have if he was made "easier" to fit YOUR needs.....actually, don't, it's knightmare fuel.

On the other hand, how about we nerf Fizz a little? He needs it.
