Can we please talk about Phantom Dancer?

2550 Gold
Its incredibly gold efficient even without the Lament passive. Its an absolute nightmare for almost any champion that has to play against it but it is just the worst for any immobile champ. Huge amounts of free movespeed for kiting/running away , very nice attack speed and crit stats to back that up and of course the constant free exhaust on your auto attacks. Almost any champion that benefits from crit chance and attackspeed , aka most marksmen (and screw you in particular
mains) .
and
can also abuse this item like hell. In Short , i think this item is way too cheap for what it gives you and I think the cost should go up by at least 500 gold. What do you think?
