Mid Season Toxicity?

In the last 50 games,I feel like every player I encountered flames and keeps harassing to no end.Doesn't matter if they are on my team or the enemy team,doesn't matter if I perform bad or good...If I win lane they call me braindead and ape because I play an easier champion,If I lose the lane they call me trash,garbage,the worst and bronze.There's constantly a player on my team who keeps wishing cancer and telling me to die along with my parents.Like seriously...what has this game come to?I know league has one of the most toxic communities but this year just got a lot worse.There wasn't a game when my team or the enemy team spammed ''ez'' at the end of the match and don't even get me started on the post game chat.Reports rarely work unless they say stuff like ''kys'' or the n-word and we are in 2019.
