Why nerf number of soraka without thinking?
Actually, from à lv 7 150k soraka, she is a little bit overpowered. But that overpowered state will not be corrected by a single number. The W rework will just destroy her early. Soraka is a mid game champ so she need some good early.
Actually soraka crush hard engage tank like she should But, actually, she also over sustain poke support, and that, that no correct. Actually, the big problem is that sorakas just need to be tank and be in killable sitting into the back lane and q/healing. That play is too easy. The REAL solution? Upgrade the skillcap of soraka. My idea: Increase the ap scaling of abilities by 5% instead of base damage/heal. In that order of idea reduce w/q heal base value by 40%. Add an ap scaling of 1%of % movement speed on the q passive. Make the q passive 2 time lesser but 2 time longer on herself and a second stack who have 2 time effectively but last 2 time faster than the actual passive. That second passive q need a second q to get up and only refresh the one for the duration of the second. That second and the first one passive can be spread with w too with the first . E, no change. R add the q passive on all targets. Effect: after these change, tank raka < ap raka. So soraka become squishy and be one shot. AND the difficulty of soraka is increased because she will need t land q to heal correctly. Janna : increase the passive if needed. P s.:Jana herself movement speed passive has a 2%% ap scaling.
