mordekaiser passive healing?
i was wondering if modekaiser passive consider healing or shield for stuff like runic armor , windspeaking blessing and spirit visage ?

Shield. It is affected by runic armor.

His passive is a shield. If lifesteal applied that would have been great, but no.
