Jungle Items on updated Summoner's Rift

So I was just wondering about any changes that might come to the jungle items on the new summoner's rift. It's nothing major but the names of the jungle items currently are related to the neutral monsters. Obviously once the monsters are replaced with the new ones once the update comes out will the names remain the same. Like I said it's not a major issue but i was just curious.
