Braum's shield should block hooks
Braum currently is in a bad state, and hooks are always a better choice. Give hooks another outplay potential besides dash or flash.

Uh, literally multiple champs with spell shields, multiple items that give you a spell shield and/or can eliminate a spell effect... but it has no outplay?
Braum's shield should be what Yasuo's shield is and I will fight anyone who disagrees.
Yes it should. Just played a game as Braum and the shield sucks. You don't really "block" anything. For instance with Lux's light binding...I'd block the damage but still get bound again and again...and their Lux was so fed she'd more or less one-shot me afterwards. Really stupid.
Braum's problem is that he is too defensive. Basically has no real engage until level 6. Doesn't really work very well in lane while you're getting constantly hit in lane and no real way to fight back.
